Cane, a very affectionate, loving dog and strong competitor got us hooked on field trialing. He points with great style and displays drive and power with his run! His extraordinary polite temperament makes him an ideal home companion who enjoys free reign of the house, including all the furniture AND the bed! After this spring's trial season ended, Cane returned home for some much deserved couch and snuggle time. Cane spent the summer training and wild bird hunting in Montana with his professional dog trainer, Jamie Fountain. This fall Cane has been maturing in the field and has picked up a number of open placements. Phil has begun handling Cane in amateur stakes as well. We look forward to the coming months and trials down south through the winter with Cane.

Cane completed his Puppy/Derby career with 175 Top Ten points, and was #13 on the Top Puppy/Derby list.
