We are very proud to announce our newest AKC Show Champion:
January 26th - 29th
With 4 days of show majors up for grabs at the Bayou Kennel Club and Alexandria Kennel Club held in Alexandria, LA, Carole and Greg packed up a crew of 6 and headed to the ring! Thursday and Friday, Nate took RWD, while Saturday, Bayou claimed the same honor. Friday, at 7 ½ months old, having NEVER been to a dog show in her life, Winnie was shown in the Bred-By class and claimed Winner’s Bitch, earning her first show point. Sunday morning, literally after taking a few “very long runs” outside the coliseum, Nate cruised in, strutted his stuff and claimed an awesome 3-point major to complete his AKC Show Championship!!!

January 21st - 22nd
Returning for the second time in as many weekends, Phil and the pups are back in Caldwell, this time for the Irish Setter Club of Houston hunt test. Winnie qualified on Saturday for her final leg earning her Junior Hunter title! She is our first “titled” pup of our Catcher x Coby breeding! Sunday, Winnie picked up a “lagniappe” leg, just for fun and Rhett picked up his 3rd JH leg with his best performance to date.
January 14th - 15th
After a few days at home to rest, Phil returned with the puppies Winnie and Rhett, to Caldwell, TX for the Gordon Setter Club of America hunt test, hosted by the Sunbelt GS Club. Winnie earned two more JH legs, and Rhett earned his second.
January 6th - 8th
Still in M-Town for the Mid-Florida Brittany Club trial, Ty and Cane picked up a couple more very respectable 2nd and 3rd placements respectively, in the OGD stake, again with 20 starters!
January 4th - 5th
Phil has returned to delightful, sunny Masaryktown, FL for the Central Florida GSPC trial. Phil and Tori smoked the ALGD(ret) stake!!! Tori claimed an outstanding 1st place, picking up her final retrieving point required on the amateur side. Tori now needs only 2 single gun dog points to complete her AFC! Cane picked up 4th in the OGD(ret) stake with Jamie, and Ty also placed a respectable 2nd in the OLGD stake with 20 starters.

December 28th - 31st
Middle GA English Setter Club of Milledgeville FT, Dexter, GA – Tori swept in to pick up 3rd in the ALGD stake with Phil at the helm! Cane cruised in at 4th in the AGD stake too!
December 27th
Phil and his ever faithful traveling companion, Noble, hit the road – GA bound for multiple field trials in GA & FL over the new year holidays.
December 9th - 11th
Phil headed to Caldwell, TX with Winnie & Rhett (Catcher x Coby) to run them in the Texas Gulf Coast Vizsla Club hunt test. While neither qualified the first day, on Sunday, they each earned their first Junior Hunter legs at the ripe age of 6 months + 1 day!
December 3th
Hanna earned another GCH point, taking BOB at the Conroe Kennel Club in Fort Bend, TX over two bitch specials ranked in the Top 10!

Phil & Tori claimed the 1st place blue ribbon for a 3-point retrieving major win in the ALGD stake and Tori has now completed her requirements for her AKC Field Championship title!!! Yahoo! WAY TO GO TORI & PHIL! CONGRATULATIONS!!!!
November 24th
HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE! This year the entire family celebrated Thanksgiving in Jackson, GA attending the Vizsla Club of Metro Atlanta trial! Bayou earned a nice Judges Award of Merit in the Open Derby stake.
November 21st - 22nd
Still at Wrightsville, GA, now the CGPDC trial. Tori & Phil picked up another Amateur Gun Dog placement with 3rd and Ty took a very respectable 2nd place in Open Gun Dog stake with 18 starters!
November 20th
Bayou collected a 4th place in the Open Derby stake at the GA Brittany Club trial.
November 15th
Phil took off to GA to do some retrieving practice with Cane & Tori before heading to Wrightsville for the GA Brittany Club & Central GA Pointing Dog Club trials.
November 6th - 10th
Packed up the whole gang and headed to VCA National Field Trial in Pinckneyville, IL! Tori put down an awesome clean run with three finds and great bird work with Jamie, but sadly didn’t make it into the 2nd series this year. Bayou ran a great race in the Derby Classic.
October 30th
Tori places 1st in a very competitive, cold & rain soaked Open Gun Dog (Retrieving) stake at the Vizsla Club of Ilinois field trial. This was a 3-point Retrieving Major for Tori. She now needs just 1 retrieving point to earn her Field Championship!
October 22nd
Ty places 3rd in a very competitive 32-dog Open Gun Dog stake at the Hoosier Vizsla Club field trial.
October 8th
Bayou places 2nd in the Open Derby stake at the Maryland Brittany Club field trial.
October 2nd
Cane places 2nd in the Open Limited Gun Dog (retrieving) stake at the Conestoga Vizsla Club field trial.
September 21st
Phil traveled to Georgia and picked up Lucy, Nate and Hanna upon their return from summer bird camp in Montana. We are so happy to have this trio home! Their next venture is going back into the show ring!

August 6th
The Catcher & Coby puppies went home to their new families. They are now in Somers WI, Lisle IL, Humble TX, Double Oak TX, Mandeville LA, and Baton Rouge LA. All pups are doing great and their families are now part of the WIndDance family. Although they are not of age yet to compete, their families are exposing the puppies to Obedience, Agility, and Hunting. We are so excited that these pups are being given these opportunities.
June 9th
Today, we welcomed the newest members of the WindDance gang! Catcher delivered 3 boys and 3 girls! Lu Hart joined us for this wonderful event and we dearly appreciate all her support and assistance! Congratulations to daddy, Coby, and his wonderful owner, Julie Sjullie too! Thank you for sharing your awesome boy with us! You can follow these pups as they grow, on our Puppies page!
June 2nd - 4th
Hanna & Apollo showed in Biloxi, MS for a couple days. On Thursday Apollo picked up another point with Winner’s Dog. Hanna collected 4 more GCH points with Select Bitch on Friday and Saturday!
May 15th
Hanna picks up another 3 point major w/CH defeated towards her AKC Grand Championship in Denton, TX today with a wonderful Best Opposite Sex placement!
May 14th
A couple of our dogs are showing at the Fort Bend KC shows today - Hanna wins Best of Breed, earning 5 point major w/CH defeated toward her grand championship! Apollo also earned 2 points as Winner’s Dog!
April 9th - 11th
Catcher and Coby breeding complete! We will confirm the pregnancy by mid-May. Check back for more details! Heading home with precious cargo on board…then on to Georgia for the shows next weekend.
April 4th
Carole and Catcher headed to Chicago to meet Julie, Doug and the very handsome Coby for the breeding later this week.
March 25th - 28th
On Friday, Bayou performed beautifully with Jamie in the National Puppy Stake with 23 competitors. Many great young dogs ran today, and proudly, Bayou earned a Judge’s Award of Merit for his performance!
The weather turned rainy, and the grounds became fiercely muddy for the remainder of the NGDC, but Phil stuck with it and watched most of the gun dogs compete. He happily assisted in scouting for several dogs. Always great fun to watch great gun dogs, visit with old friends and make new friends! Congratulations to all the winners and competitors! Happily, the gun dogs came home with us for some well-deserved couch time and pampering.
March 24th
Packed and loaded, we headed to Somerville, TN with all six dogs from home and a couple horses for the VCA National Gun Dog Championship & National Puppy Stake.
March 19th & 20th
After earning her new CH yesterday, Hanna went on to win Select Bitch at the Houston KC & Galveston County KC shows! She picked up the two placements with champions defeated and earned 5 GCH points, including her first required major! George, littermate to Hanna & Nate, claimed his first 4 pt major on Sunday by taking Winner’s Dog!
March 19th
Out at Sumerduck, VA at the GSP Club of Central Virginia field trial Jamie handled Tori to 1st place in the 22-dog Open Gun Dog stake, picking up a 4-point major win!
March 18th
This was a great weekend for the WindDance kids! Carole spent the weekend with a crew of four in Houston for the shows. Friday at the Texas Gulf Coast Vizsla Club Specialty, Nate picked up WD for a 3 pt major, and now only needs a major to finish. Hanna took WB, BOW and Best Bred-By Exhibitor also for a 3 pt major! Very pleased Hanna finished her CH from the Bred-By class.

Catcher received her “International Qualifier”, Qualifying Award Certificate to the 2012 & 2013 CRUFTS today! While we have no plans to travel overseas to England for this very prestigious show this time, it is quite an honor to be qualified & invited!
March 11th - 13th
Phil reclaimed Bayou and headed back to Sumerduck, VA for the Conestoga Vizsla Club trial. Phil and Tori take their first blue ribbon with 1st place in the Amateur Gun Dog stake at Sumerduck and the CVC trial! Congratulations Phil and Toto Midge! Tori's breeder Michelle was there to see Tori's run, and as secretary, was the one to hand the blue ribbon and trophy to a very happy Phil! Bayou was also in the ribbons again with 3rd in Open Puppy!

March 4th - 6th
The gun dogs arrived with Jamie back up at Blandfield Plantation for the Old Dominion Vizsla Club trial... We did get some uplifting news this weekend when Tori claimed 2nd and Cane placed 3rd (his first gun dog placement) in the very competitive Open Gun Dog stake!
Meanwhile, also on March 6, over in Thrall, TX, Ashley Uffman handled littermates, Bayou and File', in the North American Versatile Hunting Dog Association Natural Ability test. Bayou and File' both earned Prize 1 scores with 110 points! Congratulations to Ashley for also qualifying for the NAVHDA NA Breeder's Award with 6 of the 9 pups receiving NA prize qualifications!
March 4th
A heartbreaking day at WindDance. Today we said good-bye to our first and most beloved Vizsla, Huntwyck's Cariad Sandor CD CGC. Sandor was just shy of 14 years old, and suffered from congestive heart failure. We love you Sandor Man, and know we will be with you again one day! Run, play, smile and be free! The name "Sandor" means defender of mankind in Hungary. He will always watch over us. Thank you for all the unconditional love and affection you showered upon us all these years, our dearest friend!
February 25th - 27th
Jamie traveled to FL for the Mid-Florida Brittany Club trial at the Withlacoochee State Forest. It's been a few years since Cane, Ty and Tori have run in the piney woods. With temps in the mid-80s, Ty and Tori put down some great performances, but unfortunately ended up bird-less in the tough conditions.
February 18th - 20th
Last stop for Phil and Noble, Percy Priest WMA in LaVergne, TN for the Weim. Club of TN Valley trial. Bayou picked up 3rd place in both the Open Puppy and Open Derby stakes this weekend! The fellas headed home the next day. Bayou will be dropped off and spend a few weeks with breeder/co-owner, Ashley Uffman, to prepare for the upcoming NAVHDA Natural Ability test in Texas.
February 16th
Noble rewarded for being the most excellent traveling companion with a very nice bird hunt with Phil and Jamie. Noble's still GOT IT!
February 10th - 13th
Phil and Noble relocated to DiLane Plantation in Waynesboro, GA for the CGPDC trial, the second in their 3-week journey. Gun dogs starting to get around clean, but no placements this weekend. Bayou however picked up the 2nd place ribbon in the Open Puppy stake.

Carole spent the beautiful day at home, celebrating her birthday and an awesome Green Bay Packer Super Bowl win! Best present this year was exciting news from the GA trial; Phil and Tori took 4th place in AGD stake! This was the first time Phil handled one of the gun dogs! Bayou also earned a very respectable 2nd place in Open Puppy with Jamie!

Tori receives Judges' Award of Merit (AOM) in the 26 dog Open Gun Dog stake at the Middle GA English Setter Club of Milledgeville! We are very proud of our little "tornado", in a very large, highly competitive stake!

We proudly announce our upcoming planned breeding! Catcher (GCH Intl/Am CH WindDance Field of Dreams JH) will be bred to Coby (CH Prairie's Cobalt Blue VCDC1 JH AXJ OJP) when she comes in season, likely March/April. Updates and details are posted on the Puppy page.

Phil and Noble embark on a three week trip to GA and TN for several field trials. Phil will also be handling Tori in the Amateur Gun Dog stakes!

Apollo (Sera x Luke) has now come to live with us temporarily, while we head back to the show ring. He won his first show point today at the Fort Bend KC show in Rosenberg, TX! Still waiting for shows with majors available for the other dogs...But a great start to the new year!

Phil heads back to GA, this time with Bayou. Bayou headed out too run with Jamie and will be getting ready for the VCA National Gun Dog Championship puppy stake coming up in March!

As this year comes to a close, we are thankful for all the wonderful opportunities and experiences we have shared with our dogs and "extended" family! Looking forward to an exciting 2011!

We wish you all a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS! Here at WindDance Farm,before and after the holiday, we thoroughly enjoyed the company of our boarding grand-babies, Pitcher (Catcher x Octane) and Jager (Sera x Luke) while their families traveled various countries! We shared the day with our neighbors and friends, and devoured an extraordinary meal including, homemade mozzarella with sundried tomato/basil crackers, wild rice soup, alligator sauce piquant, herb roasted pork loin, oil-less fried turkey, sauteed brussell sprouts, green been casserole, baked corn, fresh-baked yeast rolls and lemon meringue pie!
December 2 - 5
Phil spends the weekend, enjoying the TBVC FT with the youngsters, while we all await news of Catcher at the Eukanuba National Championship in Long Beach, CA... Unfortunately, everyone came home empty-handed after the weekend, but it was a terrific experience for all the dogs! We are very proud of each of them!
November 24
Phil headed out to GA for the VCMA Thanksgiving FT, where Hanna picked up a 4th in AWD and Lucy placed 3rd in OD. After that, Phil returned to Jamie's to drop of Cane, Ty and Tori to continue their gun dog training and trialing. Carole spent a quiet Thanksgiving on the farm with the "oldie-wons" and football!
November 13 - 14
Bayou takes WD, BOW for his first show point on Saturday, and Catcher racked up some more GCH points taking BOS on Saturday & Select Bitch on Sunday.

In Cecilia, KY, Phil & Ashley are off to another hunt test. Bayou collected three more JH passes to complete his Junior Hunter title this weekend, along with his sister File'! Their dam, CH Lagniappe's Roux SH, "Roux", earned 4 MH passes in the past two weekends as well! Way to go Zydeco kids!
Out in Austin, TX, Greg handles Nate to Winner's Dog and BOW both days. Nate now only needs his majors to finish. Catcher is staying in practice for Eukanuba. Catcher picked up a very nice Best Opposite over a highly ranked bitch special on Saturday and goes Select Bitch on Sunday.
Halloween is scary this year! We now have all 11 dogs home together for a couple weeks! Be safe everyone!

Bayou qualifies with 1st JH pass on Saturday at the Weimaraner Club of Tennessee Valley. From here, Phil travels to Dublin, GA to pick up Cane for some snuggle time too!

VCA National Specialty Best of Breed class - With approximately 200+ competitors in the BOB class, Catcher survived the multiple cuts and was honored with the 7th out of 18 Judges Award of Merits given!!! What a spectacular placement with stunning competition!

VCA National Specialty & Sweepstakes, Oconomowoc, WI - Hanna placed 2nd in the 12-15 month Bitch Sweeps class. Later this afternoon, Nate took 2nd in the Bred-By Exhibitor class! The following day, Catcher & Octane showed in the Brood Bitch and Stud Dog classes respectively with Nate & Hanna at their side. They looked awesome, although they didn't make it into the ribbons.
September 27
All packed up and headed to Oconomowoc, WI for the VCA National Specialty Show! After that Nate & Hanna head to Ft. Robinson, NE for the VCA National Derby Classic! GO WINDDANCE!

Catcher received her invitation to the AKC/Eukanuba National Championship! Road trip, or should I say, airplane trip, for Greg & Catcher coming up in December!

Singing River KC & Mobile KC, Biloxi, MS - Rufus earned his first GCH points this weekend. He went Select dog w/CH defeated two days, earning 2pts Fri & his first 3 point major on Sat. On Sunday, Nate took WD, and Lucy won WB, BOW & BOS for two more points each. On Friday, Bayou won Best Puppy and went on to take a Puppy Group 4 placement too! This will be our final show weekend until after the VCA Nationals! Looking forward to getting the dogs back into the field!

Cotton Land Cluster, Monroe, LA - Saturday the South Louisiana Vizsla Club held its 4th annual specialty show in conjunction with the Bayou KC. Catcher was chosen Select Bitch over 19 bitches, including 5 bitch Specials for a 4 point major with CH defeated to complete her GRAND CHAMPIONSHIP!
Also on Sunday, the SLVC Supported Entry at the Vicksburg KC, Rufus took WD and BOW for a 4 point major as well to complete his CHAMPIONSHIP!!! Lucy and Hanna ended up the bridesmaids a couple days, but super happy they all performed so well!

Montana Brittany Club, Sun River, MT - This weekend Cane, Tori and Ty are running in their first Gun Dog stakes of the fall season. They are making a fresh start to field trialing, as broke dogs. They are showing progress and promise with their new trainer/handler Jamie Fountain! We look forward to this new adventure with them!

Memphis Kennel Club, Southaven, MS - Must be a lucky town! Enjoyed a great weekend with super friends! Saturday, Lucy won WB; Sunday, File' (Bayou's sister, owned/bred by Ashley and Chip Uffman, Zydeco Vizslas) won WB; also on Sunday, Rufus picked up another single going WD, BOW and BOS. The highlight of our weekend was Catcher's two BOB wins with a Group 4 placement on Saturday! Good Vizslas, good friends, good food and not enough sleep I'm sure! Weekend in Memphis A+!
August 14 & 15
Arkansas Kennel Club, Little Rock, AR - HEAT WAVE and HOT STREAK! With temps in the 100s, the weather was quite miserable, but the show results were in our favor. Catcher wins Best of Breed both days, earning two 5 point majors with CH defeated toward her quest for Grand Championship! Saturday, Rufus took RWD; Sunday, Nate took RWD and Bayou's sister File' took RWB...overall great showing for the weekend! Congratulations to our friend/mentor/breeder, Mary Rathbun, Egri Vizslas, and her breeder/owner/handled New Champion Egri Harslevelu JH! Harvielu is a wonderful and sweet cousin to our WindDance kids! Congratulations to Ashley and Chip Uffman, Zydeco Vizslas, on the RWB to the major for our new sister File'! Great placement on a 6 month old puppy in her first show! We are glad to be a new part of your family.

Metairie Kennel Club, Kenner, LA - Yippee! Hanna goes WB and BOB again! Nate won WD and BOS! Both from the Bred-by Exhibitor class! Hanna now only needs a major to finish.

Louisiana Kennel Club, Kenner, LA - Hanna won WB and BOS today...AND Carole actually handled Nate and Hanna in BBE class! Hopefully you didn't blink, because you won't see Carole in the ring often! Rufus and Lucy took the Reserve WD and WB respectively. They looked great!!!

Metairie Kennel Club, Kenner, LA - WindDance dogs sweep the ribbons in Vizslas today! Rufus won WD and BOS with Nate RWD. Hanna took WB, BOW and BOB with Lucy RWB!

Catcher earned two more 4-point majors as Select Bitch at the Reliant World Series of Dog Shows in Houston, TX on Friday & Saturday! Although it was a busy, long weekend, it was great fun visiting all our friends and cheering on Mason to his new Championship and Puppy Group 1 win!

Vizsla Club of Michigan, Highland, MI – Lucy earns 3rd place honors in Open Puppy! Whew! They have completed their Spring FT season! Surely, Phil, Ice and the pups are all exhausted and ready to come home after a great and entertaining Memorial Day weekend! After a stopover back in Marion, IL, it will be wonderful to have them all home!

Fort Detroit GWP Club FT, Highland, MI – Nate rocks on! He took 3rd in Open Puppy. He is racking up Top Ten points!
May 22 & 23
Vizsla Club of Illinois FT, Gingrich-Busch Plantation, Winnebago, IL – This was Nate’s weekend to really shine! He took 1st in Amateur Puppy for 2 points, along with a striking custom wooden plaque including his “win” photo, 2nd in Open Puppy and 3rd in Open Derby this weekend! Great job Nate and Phil! Awesome placements for this young boy against some of the Top10 ranked puppy/derby Vizslas in the country! Monday they head back to Jon Peck’s to play and rest before the final two trials of their journey.
May 16 - 21
Jim and Linda Busch, Busch Vizslas, warmly welcomed the WindDance crew this week for a rest at their lovely home at the Busch Farm, in Winnebago, IL. Phil greatly enjoyed and appreciated their wonderful hospitality! With a full belly, a well-rested horse and three well-rested dogs, Phil loaded up and made his way over to the Gingrich-Busch Plantation for the upcoming weekend trial.
May 15
Four Lakes GSP Club FT, Portage, WI – This all-breed walking trial was packed full of great running GSPs. Unfortunately, no placements for WindDance, but the pups put down some nice performances and again gained valuable experience on new grounds, unlike they have ever seen. Phil and the gang camped overnight on the grounds before moving down to Illinois.
May 8 & 9
Wisconsin Weimaraner Club FT, Eagle, WI – Nate placed 4th over the weekend in the Amateur Derby. This WindDance crew then packed up and cruised up the road to Fairchild, WI for a visit with Michel Berner, Mira Vizslas.
May 7 - 10
Cane, Ty and Tori traveled with Carole to meet their new field trial trainer/handler, Jamie Fountain in Dublin, GA. They are training for broke dog stakes and will head to summer camp in mid-July in North Dakota and some wild bird hunting.

Northstar Weimaraner Club FT, Ottawa Field Trial Grounds, Eagle, WI – This club kicked off the first of two trials, over the next four days. Hanna and Lucy took 3rd and 4th respectively, in the Open Puppy stake, and Hanna also placed 2nd in Amateur Walking Derby!
May 1 & 2
Vizsla Club of Michigan FT, Ionia, MI – Nate kicked it into high gear this weekend on these wonderful wide-open grounds! Phil handled all the pups off horseback for only the second time. “Nate the Great” wins the blue ribbon, worth 2 points, and a handsome plaque for his performance in Open Puppy! Lucy took home the 3rd place ribbon for Amateur Walking Derby too. They head back for a few days rest at Jon Peck’s this week before traveling around Lake Michigan to Carole’s home state of Wisconsin.

The gang arrives in Battle Creek, MI to rest at the home of fellow field trailer, Jon Peck, Midnight Run Vizslas. Thank you Jon for being such a gracious host!
April 28
After a very busy 2-day turn-around at the farm, all the rig preparations are complete. Phil, Ice and the pups hit the road for a 4100-mile trip to the Midwest, including 7 trials in 5 weeks! First stop tonight is at a very nice horse motel “Wild Horse Stables” in Marion, IL.
April 24 & 25
Emerald Coast Vizsla Club HT and FT, Quincy, FL – We were happy to support this “new” club’s first licensed HT and FT! On Saturday, Hanna, Lucy & Nate all achieved very nice Qualifying scores in JH for lagniappe legs and experience on new grounds. The FT ran on Sunday. WindDance took 3 of 4 placements in the Amateur Walking Derby - Lucy racked up 2 points with the 1st, Nate cruised into 2nd behind her and Hanna took 4th. Lucy’s ½ brother out of Luke, Abe (bred and owned by Adele Neupert), took 3rd today. Nate also snatched up 1 point with a first place in the Amateur Puppy! What a great showing by the Luke kids and grandkids this weekend! Great job everyone!
April 17 & 18
Hawkeye Vizsla Club FT, Thayer, IA – No complaints from camp up north! The pups performed admirably for their first time handled off horseback with Phil and Ice, but no ribbons this weekend. Great experience on some beautiful grounds that are very different from what we have in the south. It will be good to have them home for a few days! They will stop & rest overnight in Wentzville, MO at the home of Summer & Bob Koetting, owners of “Saddle Up Trail Riders”. FYI – Summer sold us our Tucker Saddles, which we absolutely love! We have never met in person, but Summer welcomed Phil warmly, was exceptionally gracious, gave Ice a beautiful stall in which to rest, space to exercise the dogs & fed Phil a fantastic meal!

Irish Setter Club of Greater Tulsa FT, Adair, OK – Wow! Nate took an awesome 1st place win for 2 points in the Open Derby and received a beautiful etched wooden plaque! He also placed 3rd in Amateur Puppy. Lucy was also in the ribbons again with 3rd in Open Puppy! Now they head to Skip and Laurie Wonnell’s, Remek Vizslas, in McLouth, KS for a rest before heading to Iowa for their first horseback trial.

Horse rig loaded, Phil and pups are off again on a two-week trek including OK, KS and IA! Happy Hunting!
April 2 - 4
Tampa Bay Vizsla Club FT, Lake Wales, FL – This weekend Carole accompanied Phil and the pups to Lake Wales (it was her first visit to the grounds, and she admits the grounds and accommodations were impressive)! Ladies weekend again! Lucy strolled away with the blue ribbon and 2 points in Amateur Puppy, along with a 3rd in Open Puppy! Hanna made Carole’s jaw drop with a fantastic blue ribbon performance and 2 points in the Open Derby stake, and two very impressive 2nds in Amateur Walking Derby & Open Puppy! It was wonderful visiting old friends and making some new ones! This club puts on some awesome events!

Carole is on the road this weekend with the pups; they head to the shows in Houston, TX for the weekend and will meet up with their handler/co-breeder/co-owner Greg Eschette.

GSP Club of Atlanta, Jackson, GA – Hanna takes 3rd in Open Puppy! Yah! Now the gang heads home for a short break.

VCA National Gun Dog Championship/Puppy Championship, Stockton Plantation, Newington, GA. Phil and the pups headed to GA for the NGDC/PC – Lucy took a great 4th place and Hanna received and Judge’s AOM in the Puppy Championship! Great job Phil, with your pretty, little girls! Phil will hang out a few days with Jamie Fountain, at his farm to await their next trial in Jackson, GA.

Tampa Bay Vizsla Club FT, Lake Wales, FL - Hanna wins Amateur Walking Puppy for 2 points and takes 2nd in Amateur Walking Derby! Lucy takes a great 2nd place in Open Puppy and 3rd in Amateur Walking Puppy. Great start of their FT season! Now, they take a brief layover with great friends, Don and Kim Bonnice, until it is time to leave for the NGDC.

Phil and the pups, along with Phil’s right hand man, Noble, head out on a 2 ½ week trip to Florida and Georgia… we will miss them, but wish them great success in their first field trials!

Trinity Valley Weimaraner Club HT, Decatur, TX – Two new JH’s this weekend for WindDance! Hanna earned her final two legs and Lucy earned her 4th and an extra one to boot; both finishing their JH titles! Nate also went along for the experience on different grounds and qualified twice again.

Alexandria Kennel Club shows. Alexandria, LA – First shows of the year. Hanna wins WB, BOW and Best of Breed for her first 4-point major! Lucy’s littermate Rufus also took WD for his 2nd major!

Irish Setter Club of Houston HT, Caldwell, TX – Nate earns his JH title with 4 straight passes in two weekends! Lucy earned two more JH legs. Hanna also picks up her first two JH legs!
